A LITTLE INSPIRATION
What could you do next?
You can pass the card to someone you know — a friend, colleague, neighbour or family member — or someone you have never met. Choose something that feels natural and welcome to them.
Buy someone a coffee
At your local café, you could quietly pay for the drink of the next person in the queue and pass them the card.
Offer your time
Invite someone who might be lonely for a walk or a cup of tea. Put your phone away and listen.
Make someone’s day easier
Offer to carry something heavy, help a neighbour with a job, or support someone who is having a difficult week. Ask before helping.
Write a note
Think of someone who has inspired you or helped you. A sincere message of thanks can be worth more than any gift.
A bigger gesture, if you want
Cook a meal for someone who needs it, volunteer locally or help someone tackle a difficult task. Bigger is never required.
An ordinary moment of kindness
Let someone go first, help them find their way or share a little encouragement. You don’t need to spend money.
There’s no pressure and no deadline. A small act can mean a great deal.
